My sleeping schedule?
Does anyone know of any EFFECTIVE OTC medications I can take to help me fall asleep? Have tried Nyquil & Tylenol PM - they don't work. Also, for some reason, I can't sleep enough once I DO get to sleep. Any idea's how to become AWAKE & energized? I am not sensitive to caffeine, so drinking coffee or any other energy drink will not work for me. I just want to get into a routine of falling asleep at a normal time and not being extremely tired once I wake up.

Try taking Melatonin. It's in the vitamin aisle. If your body does not naturally produce enough of it, you will have trouble falling asleep.
