What is this bone condition? And is there anything to do about it?
I can pop my bones everywhere. It's not compulsive. I do it in response to a cramping-like pain. The pop gives temporary relief if any. I take 500 mg motrin or alleve but it still persists. I have been to a chiropracter but that didn't really help. It is worse in my back and neck. My neck feels like it is holding my head on crooked. I don't have scoliosis.

dont over do the motrin and aleive cause even over the counter meds can do harm. have you had an xray and ruled out arthritis and osteoporosis?
