Ok so i just found out im pregnant and i am a smoker and i am really wanting a cigarett right now?
but im scared of smoking since im pregnant now. I believe im about a month. Will this affect me or is it ok since im not too far along?

If you care which I'm sure you do you will ignore the urge to smoke and replace it with somthing else like food or coffee until you have the baby and yes I know that is hard my sister did it though when she was pregnant and she now has 2 very healthy boys! So please think about your -Baby- that is going to be born..... <----------
