Can anyone tell me about there own experiences with raynaud's disease?
or any other circulation problems that caused you to have purple to toes.
Answers:
I have had Raynaud's for over 50 years. My mother had it.
I cope by staying warm.
I avoid caffeine and smoking.
I minimize stress especially in cold weather.
I wear warm clothing when I ski.
I use those heat packs.
After exercise, I remove sweaty clothes before I cool down.
I exercise.
When my hands lose circulation, I swing my arms rapidly in an arc.
I also moved from Chicago to Virginia.
