Has anyone suffered with sciatica?
it started with a pain in my hip but then went down to my ankle,had it for 7 weeks now,doesnt seem 2 be gettin any better,cant drive,really getting me down now

hi i do feel for you, i had sciatica two years ago and it lasted six months i can tell you it was living hell, i know you wont feel like it but the best way to cure it is by doing some exercise and allot of walking and i also found that drinking allot of WATER cured it , because your spinal cords are made up of water so drinking lots helps put them back in shape.
The only tablets that i found worked were CO-COADIMAL or ibuprofen......and most of all dont let it get you down
PS try sleeping on the bedroom floor for a few nights and see if that eases it..good luck
