Back hurts after laying flat?!
Question:
Back hurts after laying flat?
If I lay flat on my back or stomach then get up, it hurts real bad. I could be on my bed or on the floor its just if I lay flat and then get up (or try to) it hurts. Is there any explanation for this? I'm not that old either (20).

Do not go to a Chiropractor!
See either a Neurologist or an Orthopedic Doctor. You have a nerve being pinched probably from a herniated disc.
I have been there and done that. Chiropractors (or at least the one I had) failed to x-ray and/or MRI me prior to adjusting my spine and almost paralyzed me.
It sucks you are having spine problem at your age but it happens.
