What is the reason for this? I have had this a few times now! when i grab something or lift something nothing?
Heavy etc i seem to have burst blood vessels in my hands, it itches like crazy for a while mixed with a sensation of stabbing needles. Anybody got any info on this please???

It could be scurvy. Do you get much vitamin C? See a doctor, soon as you can.
