even though i really want to stop,i just havent got the willpower,just wondered if it had worked for anyone else

There are so many aides in quitting these days that it makes it nothing less than confusing!
I know for some people it has worked, and for others not. Everyone is different.
I'm going to pass along a site I used when I quit. Its really good. Take a good half hour to look over the site (its free). All your quit smoking questions are answered in there (and they are accurate).
