Recently i've found that there are oil droplets in my stool. what can this be? i'm really worried something
i'm worried something is wrong with my body. Has anyone else had this happen? is it curable? what causes it?

Most likely, that oily discharge is some type of fat leaving the body.
If you have been on a vegetarian diet then had something high in fat, that might cause it.
If you're on the FDA regulated drug Alli then it's normal for using it. It cause loose stool not to mention oily discharges.
If it goes away, most likely it's natural.
If not, get it checked out.
