I have had forearm pain for nearly three months now.?!
Question:
I have had forearm pain for nearly three months now.?
Had electrode test on boths arms. No Carpal Tunnel Syndrome was found and no neck or spinal problems. It comes and goes, the numbness and stiffness vary from night to night. Mostly at rest. Have been on medication but after completing this the pain returns. I alternate work to both hands.The more I rest the worse I feel. Doctor will not help or cannot find anything wrong. Unsure if this is some sort of athritis or circulation, nerve damage. Any suggestions?

Chang the position of sleeping .
