My eye won't stop twitching!?!

My eye won't stop twitching!?
This has been going on for 2 days now. The twitching is right below the outer corner of my left eye. If I put my finger on it, I can feel the muscle (or whatever it is) twitching. Its getting really annoying. Any ideas on what could be causing this? And is there anything I can do to make it stop?

Stress is usually what brings this on. I get it occasionally. Very annoying!
