Why do I wakeup a lot of mornings with a headache?
I woke up again today with a headache, and i've been doing this off and on for the past few weeks and I was just wondering what may cause this and if you have any hints on how to make them stop? Thank you!

close the windows at night
use and A/C not a fan
Clean the A/C filter as well...
Keep it clean
Try taking over the counter allergy medicine before bed
