Bruise on Arm, More Pain?
I clocked my left forearm a good one on a doorjam (but I'm not totally sure how) about a week ago. I got a bruise. Now the pain has spread toward the wrist and a little into the hand. There is no discoloration other than the fading original bruise. Little or no swelling, and the pain is minor and only along the top of the arm and hand, not throughout. There is no weakness but there is a little nerve sensitivity. I might have tapped the arm a few more times since, also.
Will this go away by itself?
