Anybody else get cramps in their lower leg?!


Question:

Anybody else get cramps in their lower leg?

It always happens when i wake up and strech my leg! Why does it happen and it happens in my 2, 3, and 4, toe in the same leg! But they do not necissarily happen at the same time!


Answers:

Could be a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or Vitamin B6.
