Tongue pain?!

Tongue pain?

i get this every now and then so its not new, but ive never found out what it is. I get these sores on the tip and sides of my tongue, that fills like very small bumps that cause pain, though i cant see them. If i scrape them with my teeth it hurts worse but either way the pain persists, not really so much hurtful as it is just an annoyin pain. Any idea what is (taste buds gone bad perhaps?), what causes them or how to get rid of them? Thanks

I cant say anything without looking but description looks like "Aphthous ulcer",they are harmless but it can be due to underlying acidity in your stomach or some other problems(Remote possibility).Drink water,Use healthy diet,rinse ur mouth frequently with water and also buy "Bonjella"from any Pharmacy and apply it on your sores 4or 5 times a day ,if you don't feel better see some physician...
