What is the proper way to dispose of Bio-Hazard Sharps containers?
We have recently acquired "Sharps" disposal containers at work. What is the proper way to dispose of them when that are full?

I used to work for a 3 DR practice. We had a company specially trained in the disposal of hazardous wastes come and pick them up every other week. They had to be placed in a certain type of bag they provided us with and they had to be labeled.
