If you have an ear infection and you're planning on traveling on an airplane 3 days from it...will my ear drum burst? Is it safe to be on a plane with one?!

Even if you got an ear infection the day before flying, the airplane will not do anything to your ears other than maybe pop them which is normal. Your ear drums will not burst due to your ear infecton, but I would recommend taking some advil (or whatever brand you like) with you during the flight. You might get a pressure headache from both the altitude and your ear infection. I hope you enjoy your trip where are you going if you dont mind me asking?
