How do I lose 10-15 pounds a week?

I want to lose about 70 pounds in 2 months

I also swim/train for at least an hour a day and I ride my bike about 4 miles every day


Answers:

Jog or work out for 2-3 hours a day. DON'T starve yourself to death... No point, you'll just end up eating your way back up. And don't puke out either... WAY bad for you and your teeth.
