Will this cut heal up on its own?!

ouch this cut looks deep, hope it doenst hurt much anymore. have you cleaned the cut properly? the cut might look bad but i dont think its that bad. it will more than likely leave a visible scar when it heals up. but your friend is worried about you so maybe you should go to a local doctor os sonething just to make your friend happy? :) just a quick check up nothing harmful with that. you could even go ot a pharmacy and ask straight up what they think of this cut and should it be treated seroiously :P

Hope u ain't a cutter,anyway neosporin works fast & excellent.Your t-cells are infection fighters.If u do as I say you'll be fine.Change bandages after a syndicate time of course.Clean it out with peroxide 1st.

stop cutting yourself. thats a clean cut and looks like its been done by a razor of some sort. the only doctor you need to see is a psychologist

This might not heal on its own. You may need stitches for it... I don't see how something that wide across could manage to close up on its own.
