Spiked drink?
My friend had a fit the other day, he isn't epileptic and hasn't had one before. He was later throwing up bile. Could it be that someone spiked his COKE, which he was drinking 5 minutes before the fit, one coke thast all he had. Or could it be the lack of sleep he had in the past few days?

i dont think that could have been the key because it usually takes longer for a drug to work unless its a really fast acting one. you could research drugs that cause fits maybe? lack of sleep can cause fits.
