My finger tips are wrinkled?!


Question:

My finger tips are wrinkled?

I,m not dehydrated as i drink lots of water at least 2 litres a day !! I am a bit anaemic ( HB 9.6 ) but am taking iron tablets; but my finger tips still look like i've laid in the bath too long. My firger tips are warm to the touch and the same colour as the rest of my hands. I'm a bit worried. Any ides ??
