I've been sick any clues?

So I've felt crappy and I just don't feel normal. I'm either too warm or too cold, headache everyday, irritiable, hard to sleep, tired, hungry all the time, my throat feels weird, I need water alot, I cant do much without getting out of breath. Anyone have any predictions or something?

Maybe mono, who knows?? There's far too many possibilities for second guessing... that's like asking a plumber instructions on how to quilt. Seek medical help
