Why does my foot do that?
i have this weird thing that happens to my foot some times if i step a sertant (Sorry about spelling) way it feels like i step on a nail that goes threw my foot and then about 5 minutes later it goes away. but the way i step changes every time why does my foot do that is has done that for about 1 1/2 years now Any suggestions on what it might be???

From your info, it sounds like plantar fasciitis.
See a podiatrist. A year and a half is too long to put up with foot pain. You might even have bone that has come loose or a bone spur (exostosis) in your foot. Get help soon, before it's really serious and you need a surgery. . . .
