Help! I can't hear out of my right ear!!!?

I just got done cleaning my ears and i am pretty sure i pushed some of the wax in too deep with the q tip because i cant hear out of it now, i tried water, and then i tried proxide but nothing is working!!!! What do i do?

Go to a doctor... you need imediate treatment.... you may need surgery.
