My neck is killing me any advice. please the pain is realy bad.

I have taken asprin and poped it a few times but it still hurts.

Other than seeing a doctor, there's really no suggestion anyone can make with so little information. You have to be quite careful with the neck. You can try heat or cool therapy with ice or warm towels. If this continues though, take some ibuprofen and call your doctor.
