I need Doctor House!?

ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT I HAVE????

ok so yesterday night i begain to have an odd pain in my lower neck/upperchest area. i woke up the next day to find it had worsened. it is internal and feels like (hard to explain) i just swollowed 5 marbles or somthing. the pain is constant but worsens when i inhale/exhale deeply or when i move a certain way. i would say it is partly like a sore throught but with a pressure feeling and it is lower than my throught. i am completely perplexed as to what it could be! i am 16 and a girl. also it might be relivent that this is my only symptom and i was at an event with alot of people when i first started to feel like this. any ideas as to what this could be??? thanks!!!!

Possibly acid reflux you could try an antacid or a pepcid tablet . Sleeping with your head elevated can help if it is reflux . I would consider seeing a doctor if it doesn't go away.
