I can do a right heel stretch but i cant do a left at all. how can i get my left!

I can do a right heel stretch but i cant do a left at all. how can i get my left as good as my right?

for cheerleading i have to be able to do a left heel stretch and i cant do one at all. i stretch for a really long time and i do it over and over again but it never gets better. my right heel stretch is really good though so i dont get why i cant get my left to be as good. is there anything i can do other than stretching that would make it better?


Answers:

No, stretching is probably what you need to do, unless you have some other problem going on in getting into the stunt.

So do left front splits, nose to knee.
