Chest pain- please help?!

Question:

Chest pain- please help?

What's wrong? I've gone to work out but I over did it. For the last couple weeks I felt terrible stomach ache and chest pain. Now, the stomach ache is gone but my chest is still unconfortable. I have shortness of breath too. What should I do? I don't have health insurance.

Answers:

Hello first of all dont worry it may be somthing or nothing. I have been studying psychology for 4 years now and one of these four years has been in cardiology [ study of the heart ] you should follow my instructions to ensure that your as fit as a fiddle:

1: The first likly posibility maybe anixtey, anxitey has my symtoms and makes you feel your having a heart attack. Everyone experiences anxiety - in fact, being unable to do so can be the sign of quite a serious problem. In our hazardous world, anxiety is a strategy the body uses to help the mind recognise danger and keep well out of its way
Similarly, a person who's experienced a very frightening situation may also carry the fear over to their everyday life. This is known as post-traumatic stress disorder. Though it's little comfort to the person experiencing it, they can at least identify the cause of the emotions they're experiencing.
People with generalised anxiety may find that they:

easily lose their patience
have difficulty concentrating
think constantly about the worst outcome
have difficulty sleeping
become depressed and/or
become preoccupied with, or obsessional about, one subject
These mental symptoms lead to, and are supported by, physical symptoms. These can include:

excessive thirst
stomach upsets
passing wind
loose bowel movements
frequent urinating
failure to respond to sexual stimulation
periods of intense pounding heart
periods of feeling winded
muscle aches
headaches
dizziness
pins and needles
tremors
painful or no periods

2: It may be a cardiac problem. I suggest you see your G.P urgently !!

Better to be safe than sorry

best lof luck
