For about a year now I have had a lump on the right side of my turso. It's under the surface and it can sometimes be uncomfortable because it rises and falls and sometimes aches. Any answers would be much appreciated :)

Definitely, definitely get that checked out. It could be muscular, but it could also be more serious, like a tumor. Don't leave it any longer, make an appointment.
