I lay in bed for about 2hours or more trying to fall asleep?
i cant turn my thoughts off, does anyone know anyways that have worked for them to fall asleep faster?
Answers:
If you've been laying in bed for more than 45 minutes, get up and do something productive. If you stay in bed and are unable to sleep, your brain will begin to associate laying in bed with restlessness and not being able to sleep. If you get up and move around, do something productive, try to go back to sleep after you are more tired.
