Question:

I have the worst sleeping scheldule and habits, how to break the cycle and get a good nights sleep?

night after night i find myself wide awake and an insomniac, ive tried everything. i dont know what to do you know, its like ill be up insomnia, then crash hours later and only sleep for like 4 hours and be up again, then about 1x a week on my off days i end up sleeping 16 + hours and dont get anything acomplished, this is really interfering with my life, ive had this problem for probably a decade now and i dont know what to do, meds dont work and neither do sleeping pills....any ideas here? anyone with a similar problem?????

A good, regular sleep schedule is vital to healthy day-to-day functioning. I would really recommend that you read through those links and if there's a deeper issue going on, seek the aid of a psychologist/psychiatrist.
