hmm..i accidently happened to cut myself in the cheek area of face because of shaving... anything i could do to make it heal faster.....salt...etc....??...... thanks a million..;)..

No, don't use butter or salt or anything like that. It will only make it worse. If it is activley bleeding, you need to cover it with a bandage. When it stops bleeding, remove the bandage...it needs oxygen to heal. A little neosporin wouldn't hurt, either. Don't touch it.....you'll put germs in it. Keep it clean.
