Mixing Meds? Could this hurt me?!

Question: Mixing Meds? Could this hurt me?
Ok so i'm taking Zyrtec for my allergies Would it be ok if i 1 or 2 took a Tylenol pm with it? Or would this be a really bad idea. I've just got a really bad headache and i'm almost ready for bed to go to sleep.

Answers:

Zyrtec is an antihistamine class drug. And you realize that they use antihistamine type drugs for Tylenol PM.. That is what makes you sleep. So you are getting two different class antihistamine type drugs together. It might make you pretty sleeping. It will be Ok. Just be aware of each of the drug's side effects.

You can get relief for both of your problems by freeing up your neck muscles instead. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. When the neck muscles are tight they back up wastes in your head and the first place they go is into the sinuses. Freeing up your neck muscles will get the wastes running back out through the blood as well as get rid of the headache and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

Don't do it. I'm no doctor, but you really shouldn't mix any medications. Just take one or the other. Good luck and hope I helped!
