If I had a hairline fracture in my arm would I still be able to move it and put pressure on it?

I fell on it a week and 2 days ago and although it doesn't hurt to touch I have a weird sensation in it and it hurts when I move in about 3 different places. When I am just doing nothing I have pain in it constantly but it is not agonisising pain its like headache pain. What could this be should i get an xray?

A hairline fracture is a less serious fracture. When you move your arm it would feel like you had a sore muscle and if you put pressure on it you would feel as if you had a bad bruise. The more important thing is you should still get it treated because the fracture can grow and the bones can shift. It is still a fracture.
