What is a healthy mealplan?

Hi, I know I don't eat very healthy, considering I eat mostly fast-food and frozen dinners. I've heard about stuff like the "food pyramid", but what should I be eating on a daily basis? Could someone give me an example of what I should eat for each meal in an entire week?


Answers:

The healthiest foods are those that are minimally processed. For breakfast, have fresh fruit with raw nuts, or boiled eggs, or a salad with broccoli (very high in protein). For lunch, have a baby greens salad with diced chicken, a very good oil and fresh lime juice. Have dried fruits and nuts for a snack. For dinner, have marinated chicken or fish or steak and a salad. The nutrients in salad are better absorbed than any other foods. Take your lunch with you to work.
