Question:

I'm pretty sure I dislocated my wrist, last week, playing ball. How can I fix it on my own?

I have no health insurance and I don't trust doctors anymore, anyways, after being mis-diagnosed a few times for different things in my life.My wrist feels like it keeps pulling away from me when I grab things. Its been burning for a week.I'm not giving up playing ball.Besides taping it,what can help it?

Additional Details

I play baseball,3rd base.

Answers:

you need to pop it back into place and get one of those brace things that doctors use for people that break there wrist and put it on and keep it on. and you need to stop playing sports for about 2-3 weeks. hope this helps. Just do it and your wrist will be back to normal in 2-3 weeks. i would keep it on 3 weeks just to be safe!
