Question: I hit my head and i've had a headache for the past 3 days. is that the begginings of a concussion?
I was sitting on my trampoline and i fell back and hit my head on the metal part of a little trampoline that was under it and i've been dizzy, had a headache, and feeling sick for the past 3 days. is that a concussion?

I do think that what you have done is concussed yourself quite badly and you need to be seen by a doctor as concussion can be very serious as it can turn into cerebrocomperssion which can be fatal!
