Another tens machine question?

I posted a question testerday about the effectivness of the tens machine.I recived several sensible replies .What i want to know today is HOW LONG CAN YOU LEAVE THE MACHINE ON FOR ?I went for a walk yesterday with the machine on ( i suffer low back pain) and while on the walk i felt so comfotable.

Typical time is 10 minutes. If you want to use it any longer speak with your doctor/physical therapist first.
