Help plz......i feel pain in my bone between breast.?
i need help from u all...i am feeling pain in my bone between breast..its really hard to breath during pain.becoz i feel that somthing pricks inside......is it a muscular pain?..any thing serious?....dr said that nothing wrong.but its not recovering....i usually feel it at night when i sleep.....why is it so..?can u help....plz

It sounds typical of muscle pain. Honestly. I had the same problem 10 years ago when I ripped a muscle off the sternum. It was absolute agony. The worst pain ever. I kept having twinges for up to two years after too..like spasms.
I would suggest you take some nurofen (if you are okay with that) and maybe rub some deep heat onto it.
Trust me that panic and anxiety does make it worse. Like you I kept fearing it was something really bad. Trouble is muscle pain is often worse pain than broken bones.
Also my pain was worst at night too. I found that when i relaxed i would wake with the muscle in spasm.
Just try and remain calm and say to yourself that you are fine and it will pass.
