ok, i've always wondered this...is it harmful to keep from useing the bathroom? i had to do this in school, a lot, because you know how teachers can be. some dont like to be "interruppted" (which annoys me so) so we know not to even ASK in that class. some teachers have even gone to the point of just saying NO all the time

No...don't keep it in. It is important to go to the restroom when you need to. If the teacher's are causing problems, you need to let your parent or guardian know that this is an issue and have them talk with the principal or VP about this.
