Muscle strain reliever?
Somehow i've seriously strained my triceps to the point where i cannot bend my arms. I figured i had just slept on my arms wrong, but after 3 days, they're not better, but MUCH worse. I've tried a heating pad, advil, aspercreme, and icyhot. I went to the dr. today, and she prescribed a muscle relaxer. NOTHING has relieved ANY pain so far. At this point i'm up for any kind of remedy! HELP.

If you are not sure how you injured your triceps, I highly doubt it is strained. I suggest you follow up for medical care to make sure you are not really having a problem coming from the neck....especially if these things you've tried are not helping.
