I fell off a horse and I'm having weird symptoms !! HELP!?!

I fell off a horse (first time since i've start riding- which has been 3 years) and landed on concrete. It got me in my hip and it feels bruised along the top of my butt (like right below my spine) on my left and right ides of my butt. Also my right leg has pain going all the way around the hip. Like from the back to the side and in the front of my leg where your supposed to be able to rotate your thigh from ur hip (the joint where they meet). It doesn't hurt it I don't move but when I move I get a sort of a stinging pain. I am able to walk, but barley, Like I am almost crawling on the floor. It doesn't hurt as much now as it did 5 minutes ago. What happened was i soaked for a good 20 minutes in hot water and espom salt. Then I ate a small bowl of cereal and took a nap. (It took me forever to get into the bed because it hurt). Lying there didn't hurt but It was a terrible time getting up and once I got up i was dizzy and breathing hard. Every movement felt stiff and extremely painful. I had to pee so I made my way to the bathroom. On my way there I had to crawl and sitting on the toilet I started to feel like I was about to puke. Then I got start sighted blurry vision and my head hurt. I stumbled (lieterally falling into things cause I couldn't get my bearings and could barely see) and when I finally got where I was I grabbed a bottled water off my desk and drank because sitting in the bathroom my throat felt really dry and I was sweating like crazy even though it is really windy and cold where I live right now. So anyways I drank water and put my head between my knees and a few minutes later I felt okay. What happened to me? What should I do? Please tell me something ! I can't go to the doctors because my mother is insane and refuses to take me. I have a friend that is willing to come get my but it will really in convience her and i don't want to go unless it is an absolute emergency . Thank u !

-am i going to be paralyzed? Am i going to die? Am i bleeding internally?
I"M SO WORRIED !

btw i was wearing a helmet and did not his my head.
