Is my ear infected?
i had it for about a year now, but my ear piercing got iritated after sleeping one night and its kinda has a scab and a lil sticky goo coming out. It happened before but usually goes away, but its been almost 2 weeks now. and when i put the earring on it hurts. but if i leave the earring off it seems like its closing up and is harder to put bak in.

It's infected.
Go and see your Doctor to get anti-biotics so the infection goes away completely so it dosn't come back.
If an infection is not treated effectively or has a few microbrobes left it will reappear.
In the mean time make a warm and salt water wash. Wash the area 4 times a day. And make sure it is dry afterwards.
Try to keep it clean.
And remove the ear ring.
It will probably close up but you can always get it repearsed.
You may also have an allergy to the sergical stainless steel they use.
