Is it unhealth to stay up late?!


Question:

Is it unhealth to stay up late?

some people say some part of our body gose to rest from 11pm - 2 am, if we don't sleep than they skip their rest time?

It is definitely unhealthy to stay up late. our body absorbs energy from the atmosphere (air, light). there is a presence of negative energy at night. On the other hand there is a lot we can take in from the atmosphere in the early hours of the morning , you miss this if you wake up late.

you can try for urself. you must be much more refreshed throughout the day if you sleep at night and wake up early. and relatively dull when you sleep late and wake up late.

Moreover, our digestive organs must be resting at night to keep us healthy. so its better if we don't dine late and sleep on time to maintain the balance.

Actually human bodies start to need sleep from around 10 p.m., when their temperature starts decreasing. If you go to bed later than that, you will be awake that much longer and that is an added burden to your body. It is scientifically proven that, if you go to bed at 10 p.m., you are likely to get a deeper sleep. If you sleep well, your body will produce more growth hormones and your metabolism will improve, which would also help you to defy aging.
