FOOT...help?!

FOOT...help?

I did a switch leap on beam and landed with my foot half on the beam...now my pinky toe through just under my ackle bone hurts....and the bottom of my foot!!!! when i walk, sit stand, ect

just rub it for a while, it will heal and get better
