How do u get a splinter out of your foot?!

How do u get a splinter out of your foot?
I have 2 splinters in the bottom of my foot and it hurts really bad. One of them are not so deep and the other one is so deep that it is a tad bit swollen and it hurts to walk on it. I have tried to get it out with tweezers but that dont work so well. Does anybody have any suggestions to get any splinters out of my foot?

i like to use a small sewing needle.
Dont worry, it doesnt hurt. I dont like real needles, but this kind is okay, it wont hurt you.

I had one in my foot a week ago.
I just stopped picking at it. (thats how deep it got!)
the pain stayed for two days when you walk on it. but it went away.
