Back Pain I Scream In Pain When Touched, Help ?????????????!

Question:

Back Pain I Scream In Pain When Touched, Help ?????????????

I am a 37 year old female.

For over seven years now when someone touches my lower back i scream in pain. I have been to several doctors, 2 were back specialists, 3 choiropractors, 1 theropist, acupunture. Not one doctor understands why i am like this.

No medicine helps.

The only thing that shows up in my blood is Epstein Barr Syndrome. They all say its no big deal, almost everyone has it.

I do have epelepsy and have been taking depekene for over 25 years. Taking depo provera for about 15 years. Had 2 epedorals from c-sections and while pregnant 15 years ago had shingles. Could any of these be a factor?

My xrays and MRI's show mild arthritis in the lumbosacral articulation at the L5-S1 level. The pain level is much more than mild.

Answers:

In fact all of these contribute. Yes Epstein Barr is common, it does however lower your energy levels, immunity and as the spine is interlinked your spinal stability and sensitivity.

The epilepsy should not be an issue, neither the medication for it.

The two caesars and epidurals can be the big issue. The arthritis is nothing to be concerned about.

The reason the c-section scars and the epidural locations are important is as such. Surgical scars can create what is called a tissue memory. C-sections also disrupt the abdominal muslces as well. The epidural although only a needle can create the same issue, and as it is placed between the spine, it can create a sharp pain that is out of character to the stimulus.

I know this may sound strange, but it is very common. Men especially get a lot of lower back pain months after hernia operations.Women with c-sections can do the same, months and even years later.

You can test it out if it is occurring by rubbing the c-section scars. Firmly not aggressivley, rub along the scar. If you feel any tendernes, referral of pain, feel queasy or emotional while rubbing it. The scar is classed as active. The simple solution is to rub it each day a few times until this feeling disappears. The epidural location which may be where you get the extreme pain should be rubbed also. If it causes extreme pain do the c-scetions scars first for a few days and see how the pain is. As it settles then do the epidural locations.

If the rubbing doesn't cause these ill feelings, then it may be that you have a few joints in the area that are not working ideally. Even though you may experience little back pain on movement, the areas can still be tender to touch. So if the rubing doesn't chage things, contact me and I will suggest some self help joint techniques you can use at home which should settle things. A lot of Chiropractors fail to target the right areas as the pain can be in one location and the cause elsewhere, but there are easy solutions.
