Carpal tunnel syndrome problem?

I had surgery on my hands about ten years ago and now I am having carpal tunnel symptoms again.Does anyone have any good advise?

you might have thorasic outlet syndrom...it's where muscles in the neck are so tight that the impinge the nerve...the symptoms are just like carpal tunel. go see a massage therapist before having another surgery.
