i have had this abdominal pain for 2 weeks for the past 3 dayz i feel like i can't keep mi urine i feel like i am going to wet myself help

There is not enough information here, you should see a Doctor or go to ER. ASAP there is no fooling around, it could well be an infection, we do not know where, it could be in the bladder, or the kidneys. You need to get some Antibiotic in order to clear the infection, and for that you need a RX. therefore get there as soon as you can. best wishes, get well soon.
