What meds can I use to fall asleep??

Ok well Im 14 years old and I havent slep for the last 3 days and I cant sleep during the day and neither at night so what pills or medicine can I use to make me fall asleep Close to me is a wallgreens so plz tell me ok I need asleep but I cant I cant sleep everinight and I need sleep really bad cuz I look so tired so plz answer as fast as u can ok! thnx!

Ok but Im only gonna usde them for like a couple days not forever so ya valerian seems good but what does it smell like???

try Tylenol PM but only take 1 pill and you should get a good nite sleep or warm milk don't consume anything that has caffeine in it .
